The Death Race : Part 3

Michelle and Steve returned to Mr Parker's place a week later, this time along with Alan. 
Parker was furious on Steve for having traded his company shares without the board's notice. He felt it was an inexcusable mistake on part of Steve and felt he was not a trustworthy man. Parker wanted to know whether Michelle influenced Steve to buy the shares and also suspected that they both had conspired to bring up the board members against him. Parker was still not happy to accept the couple , but he was forced to do so for two reasons , first for Steve being a part of the board and second for the sake of Alan, he thought he could give a chance for himself and see whether he can like Steve over the course of time and know what exactly was his intentions behind the share deal. Parker was happy to see the future director of Parker banks in Alan. The only reason for Parker to accept Steve and Michelle was Alan. 

Parker assigns a private detective Abel Koontz to investigate more about Steve's intentions behind his share deal and also wanted him to know about Steve's history and whether Michelle was involved in this whole scene. Abel returned a week later and reported to Parker about the whole thing and informs Steve was a big time gambler and Michelle had not idea that Steve was one of the shareholders  He also told him that he had lost all his fortune and married a lady named Christina and betrayed her and also lost her money in various investments. Parker felt he was in grave danger and should act immediately. He calls for two separate meetings , one with Steve and the other with Mr.Gosling.

It was time for Christina to take some revenge. She finds out every bit about Steve and his history and all she wanted to was to kill Steve but not without getting every penny she had given him and every penny he had lost. Christina had a serious plan to execute. She wanted to see Steve die at her feet , there was no question about sparing him.

Parker called Steve for a meeting at his office. Steve knew what was in store for him , he took all the agreement papers and headed to Parker's office. Parker was discussing the next step with his board members, he was about to retire in another 2 years. They were laying a plan for the next 5 years about who should head the Bank and who will be his future successors. Steve knocked the door and entered into the Boardroom , Parker insisted others to leave the room except Mr Gosling. Parker demanded an explanation from Steve about his move and what he was up to and why he had the share deal without the board members interference. All Steve said was Michelle wanted him to be the next Chairman and she was the one who insisted to buy the shares , she also wanted him to invest in her fashion business. Steve told every bit of truth about Michelle and why she was pretending not to know anything about this. He also told Michelle knew that she was not your daughter, Parker was stunned in silence and was speechless to know that Michelle knew the truth. Parker looked at Gosling , the only other person who knew that Michelle was not his daughter. Gosling was clueless as well. The room was filled with silence. Parker asked Steve to leave , the silence was not broken for the next 15 minutes. 

As Steve left Parker's office , he was pulled into a car by two men who abducted him to a lonely place. He was taken by surprise when he saw Christina , she had a rifle pointed at him. Steve was clueless about the situation and begged Christina for mercy. She wanted to split his head into halves but decided against it. She told you will gain your mercy if he fulfills her demands. She wanted every penny back which she had given him , which amounted to over 10 million dollars and the shares he currently holds with Parker Banks. Steve's life was worth 10 million dollars and the 11% share he had and he knew there was no escape from Christina. 

Parker sat with Gosling and discussed about his future steps. He was still shell shocked to know how Michelle knew about the truth. He also feared she might be aware that he was responsible for her mother's death and adopted her due to that guilt. Parker wanted to come up with his will , gosling was ready to take his notes. Parker Banks and Investments will continue doing business , the 12 member board members will remain as it is until their retirements. The immediate successor to Parker after his retirement would be chosen by an election among the board members. Parker thought about Michelle and Steve and decided not share his fortune with them , since they had conspired against him.The last part of the will said Alan can join the Board of directors team once he reaches 21 and the will ended. Parker assigned Gosling a additional responsibility to persuade Steve to return his stake and there after Steve and Michelle can leave an independent life as they wish. Parker Banks will fund for Michelle's business but she won't have any rights to control Parker's business. The bottom line was Michelle and Steve had to leave immediately else Paker would see them in a courtroom. Michelle had listened everything standing outside the Boardroom. 

Michelle's heart was broken when she came to know Parker was responsible for her mother's death. She was never happy with Parker for the way he was influencing her life , she thought it had to end and she wanted to avenge on him and decided to take a stand and take control of the situation. She wanted to see a professional killer. She had a plan to execute. 

Gosling meets Michelle and Steve and explains them Parker's decision and tries to persuade Steve on returning his shares else they would have to surrender for their mistakes. Gosling wanted to speak to Steve in private so they can settle things and sort it out. They both left Michelle alone and headed towards the country Bar. Michelle heard a loud voice from her father's room and rushed to see him. 


Michelle wakes up from a deep sleep and had slept for 15 hrs straight. She called Steve but couldn't reach him, Gosling rushes to Michelle to inform that Steve was missing and was spotted with a woman north side of the town. Michelle had no clue who the woman was. Steve was with Christina. 

A week later Steve and Christina were arrested and were taken to local courtroom. Steve and Gosling arrived to the courtroom along with the other board members. Michelle was shocked to see Steve and wanted to know what he was accused of.  The prosecutor stated that Mr Steve and Christina were accused of conspiracy and committing the Murder of Mr.Parker. Michelle was shell shocked , she also discovered that Steve was married to Christina and had sold all his shares to her and wanted to leave the country,and caught by the cops when proven guilty in the investigation. Steve and christina had been to Parker's house and induced a forced Heart attack through a sedative. The death was considered natural by the doctors since Steve had influenced the doctors in dismissing the postmortem. Steve and Christina were sentenced to life death. Michelle steps in front of Steve and triggers fire from her gun at the center of Courtroom and escapes. 

She escaped from the courtroom and drives alone in her car , while driving she recalls all the mistakes she had done to her father and how she had planned to kill him since he was responsible for her mothers death , she felt guilty for her behaviour and ruining her own life. She was not able to drive too long , she loses control and a speeding truck smashes her car from front and Michelle dies on spot. 

Mr. Gosling performs the final rituals for Michelle and Steve and steps on as the Chairman, 10 years later Alan Parker becomes one of the Board members of Parker Banks and Investments. The Death Race had ended. 

The Death Race : Part 2

Michelle was waiting for an opportunity to introduce Steve to her father. Steve had different plans as far as why he wanted to be in relationship with Michelle. He had already planned his way of dealing with Mr. Parker. The single goal he had in mind was to head the Parker Banks and to be the next chairman , he pretended to be least interested in Parker Banks when Michelle was around him . Michelle wanted to influence her father and convince him that Steve was a perfect fit for their family and she also told Steve that the only way they are going to convince her dad was to prove him that Steve was capable enough to succeed Mr.Parker and lead the Parker enterprise in the near future.  Listening to these words Steve felt his half the job was done but pretended to be least interested again. He had virtually won his stake at this stage.

Steve's dad Stanley Richard was a very influential lawyer and he knew most of the board members of Parker Banks. Steve wanted to setup a meeting with Parker's board members  who were willing to sell off their shares without Parker's interference. The board members were 12 of them together including Parker. Parker had a major stake and held 12% of the total shares. Steve knew he will screw up the whole thing if Michelle gets a sign of what he was up to. Richard came to know their were two members of the board who were willing to sell their stake and it would come up to 11% , Steve thought this could be a good move and made all arrangements for the agreements sign up. Steve felt now he had a strong reason why he can be Michelle's husband and the next probable Chairman of Parker Banks. Richard never knew about Steve's relationship with Michelle and his actual intentions , all he knew was he was into another big gamble. This time Steve was not just gambling with his money but also betraying Michelle's trust. 

Michelle introduced Steve to her father and expressed her decision of getting married to him. Parker's immediate response was a big NO, he neither liked Steve nor he wanted Michelle to choose her partner , as with her career he always wanted to decide on her marriage. Michelle was furious on her father for continuously influencing her life and her decisions. All she wanted was to pursue fashion and marry Steve which her father never agreed upon. Steve insisted to speak with Mr.Parker in private, Parker refused at first and later thought the young man's explanation will not change his mind and signaled Michelle to leave the room. Steve was confronted with a tough challenge in convincing Parker , the conversation was nothing but mere failure, Parker's legacy,achievements and Steve's background never made parker change his mind. Parker stepped out of the room and warned Michelle that nothing should be done against his will. 

Two days later Michelle decided that she should marry Steve and follow her dreams and come out of her father's control. She spoke to Steve and expressed her intent to quit harvard and step into the fashion industry. Steve didn't like the idea , since he knew its not going to be in his favour. He wanted to marry her but not by going away from Parker. Steve was forced to agree and already thought about an alternate plan in his mind. Two days later they were away from Mr Parker and Harvard for a very long time to come. 

Parker discovered that Michelle was away from him and also found out from Mr Gosling that Steve owned 11% shares of Parker Banks , this made Parker aggravated and wanted to  avenge on Steve for having betrayed the stakeholders trust. Parker wanted the two board members who sold the shares to Steve be immediately probed and arrested if found guilty of misconduct and cheating. Parker envisaged this act as a conspiracy from Michelle , he wanted to destroy Steve and Michelle. 

Michelle sets up a new fashion school which trains models and a firm which introduces new fashion trends , she had limited funds to carry on with her dreams and wanted Steve to support her. Steve had different gambling ideas , and had no intention to support Michelle. Steve and Michelle who set out to create a lifetime fortune for themselves when they were in Harvard started destroying themselves. Two years later Michelle gave birth to a child and named him Alan Parker. She thought its time for her to go back to her father and expected him to receive her wholeheartedly. Michelle spoke to Steve about going back to her father , he thought he has another chance this time to hold on to the chairman position , he agrees with Michelle and thinks about Christina a multimillionaire and Steve's second wife whom he had married very recently and the only reason was she is a millionaire.

The Death Race : Part 1

This is my first try at writing a fiction. Hopefully you will enjoy it.... 

Michelle Parker rushed into her father's room when she heard a loud voice , she panicked seeing her father suffering with intense chest pain, immediately started dialing her husband who was at the scene in no time with an ambulance. She was sweating profusely as she heard those last two words from her dad. Mr Nigel Parker was desperate to say something on his death bed to his lovely daughter but took his last breath without uttering a word, all she knew was the death was not natural. Her father's hand was about to raise and point at something , he just didn't had enough energy. Michelle cried the whole day.

Two days later their family lawyer Mr Gosling read out Mr Parker's will to the whole family. Mr Parker was one among the richest bankers in the United states. He had a legacy which would take some time for anyone to match. All he said in the will was his legal heir will be his Grandson Alan Parker, but not until he attains an age 21, till then the board of directors would head the Parker Banks and Investments. The only person who was happy among the board was his son-in-law Steve Young as he had a major stake and all he wanted was to direct the Bank as he wished. Michelle observed steve's eyes , there was no grief in him for the past two days. 

Steve stepped on as the director of Parker Banks well within a month of his father-in-law's death. Michelle was not happy with how Steve was approaching his directorship, Gosling and other board members felt he was a big time Gambler and was not the right person to lead them. Michelle wanted to give some time to Steve and prove he is worthy of the position he has held onto. She just hoped her husband lives up to other board member's expectation. Four months passed since Parker's death , but Michelle was still not convinced with what had happened to her father. He was a very fit man and Michelle suspected something had gone wrong and needs to be probed. She just gasped in her couch and fell into a deep sleep thinking about her father. 

It was a great year for Parker Banks as they crossed a $Billion mark in terms of their revenue. Nigel Parker was in the limelight and was considered as one of the most influential in his business. Michelle had just crossed 18 and was training herself to step into Harvard. Parker wanted Michelle to enter into investment banking but Michelle wanted to enter Fashion industry. She was brilliant as a student and managed to step into Harvard just to fulfill her dad's wish. She enjoyed the most luxurious life , she dined in some of the finest restaurants , hung out with some great friends and almost travelled the entire Europe and the states. She never showed any signs of leading the Parker Banks , she wanted a life filled with exuberance and fun was always on the top priorities. 

It was the first day at Harvard for Michelle and she was never as nervous before, she knew this is not what she wanted to do but was forced to do it. She couldn't come out of the fashion industry that she dreamt of and planned to pursue her interests while staying at Harvard. Steve Young joined Harvard the next day , he was a Handsome looking man with a muscular body and girls started admiring him from day one. Steve was an intelligent man , just like how Michelle wished to have a exuberant life , Steve also viewed life from the same perspective. Steve's dad was a reputed lawyer who had worked for some great firms over the years and steve also knew a bit about law. Before joining Harvard steve served couple of years in the Entertainment industry and had lost all his fortune ,in other words he was a big time gambler right from his age 15. Michelle was frustrated after few months since she couldn't pursue her interests , not until she met Steve who topped the university exams and became famous among his wing of people. Michelle wanted to know him , one day she met him at one of the friends parties and introduced herself. Neither steve nor Michelle gave any time to understand both their backgrounds. They both knew they were in love the first time they saw each other. 

Michelle and Steve started dating there after and they were virtually inseparable. Steve never wanted to reveal his gambling history neither wanted Michelle to know his true character. Michelle one day told she was the daughter of Mr.Nigel Parker the chairman of Parker banks. Steve's desire towards Michelle increased not because she was beautiful or intelligent but she was one of the richest in the country. Steve's idea about love changed, Michelle loved him for who he was. Steve only told he was a lawyer's son and expressed his desire to marry her. Michelle immediately agreed as she was in so much love with Steve. Michelle doubted whether her father would accept Steve , but she was in Love and it hardly mattered for her. She never wanted to be influenced by her father in selecting her mate just like how he influenced her career. Michelle and steve made Love for the first time that day.
